THE APP.

Smacktalk is a photosharing app that allows users to stake their online reputation on the outcome of live sporting events. This app was created and sold under the advisement of the Mix & Stir Incubator along start ups such as Skully. I lead the team on UX & experience design.

THE BRAND.

The brand embodies the inappropriate, flashy sideline talks friends really have during sporting events. The brand is about challenging users to take it to the next level. It is visual trash talk without the hangover the next morning.

THE R&D PROCESS.

After interviewing a diverse sample of sports fans and online betters, I constructed personas. After creating multiple series of wireframe iterations, I discovered the final look and feel. I then tested the functional prototype with the original sample size. The team & I used this prototype to then pitch the IP & app to investors.
